Restrict Members From WP Admin

To restrict your members from accessing the WordPress Admin Dashboard:

Within your Dashboard, go to WP Videos -> Membership Settings

Scroll down until you see the Restrict WP Admin Access option and make sure the checkbox is checked.

Then scroll down and press the Save Changes button.

I've done this, but they still have access!

Are you using a WordPress.com website?

If you have setup your website on wordpress.com and NOT wordpress.org (third party hosting installation), you will need to do the following step:

Login to your wordpress.com website and go to the Security section. The URL should be something like this:

https://wordpress.com/settings/security/{yourwebsiteurl.com}

Look for the setting Allow sign in using WordPress.com accounts and disable it.

Your members should now be restricted from the Admin Dashboard area.
