Enabling Registration (Registration is disabled)

If you're seeing a Registration is disabled message on your Create Account page or cannot see the Create Account tab on your sign up form, you need to Enable registration for your WordPress website.

Within the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Settings -> General and look for the Membership setting.

Make sure the Anyone can register box is checked.

Scroll down and press the Save Changes button.
